Yaadein

Movie : Yaadein (Hindi)
Song : Yaadein
Music : Anu Malik
Originally Sung by : Hariharan
Performed By : Dhiraj Barla

This time I am signing the song of another favourite singer of mine Hariharan. I love his subtle variations, he always tries to do something different with every song. Anu Malik has a knack of scoring very good melodies, this song is one among those.

If I subtract the poor recording quality I must say your rendition is silky. Great going dhiraj !

I have never thought that Anu Malik had the capacity to compose such a tune. Definitely seems ARR has gone through this song many times:-) And Dhiraj I am not able to hear this song and the words clearly..Jut a haze..as it sounds like to be from an old gramophone record. I mean the mp3 is so much compressed that it is not at all clear. Can u please increase the quality to 128...??
Can just judge the melody in your voice and say it's great, but to get more details and comment the quality has to be better.

Nice Rendition again.I must say again that your Voice suits well for Hindi songs. You must prove me wrong by singing a Telugu song with a similar voice.Quality was bad and it really makes listeners feel uncomfortable Dhiraj Bhaai..Try to do a better recording of the same song..Expecting many more from you.

hey guys, thanks a bunch for those comments, as I do agree with all of you regarding audio quality. I think I need a crash course in mixing :-{, I seriously think that I am doing something wrong during the mixing, can any one shed some light on this please...

Very nice rendition Dhiraj :) .. just that your recording/mixing sounds like mine ( the ones I did with karaoke initially :( ) ..Im sure there would be so many bloggers around to help you out, so that would 'nt be a problem :) .

Apart from that, you have sung this song very well , with all the right emotions :) needed & I like tis song a lot ..

How come you aint posting ur stage show vids these days ;0) !!!

Nice rendition Dhiraj !!!
Listening to this song for the first time... The tune remembers me of the song 'Maname Thottachinungi thaane', a rare song from the tamil film 'Thottachinungi', sung by the very same Hariaharan !

And, which software do you use for recording and mixing?
As Mr.Pradip mentioned, it could be that the bits per sample you are encoding the MP3 with is very less, not enough to reproduce a high quality sound.
Please mail me the info...may be i can be of some help to you in improving it...

Agree with Murali and Pradip. Your voice is very silky in this rendition. Your effortless brigas are just a beauty!

Recording quality is bad, sorry about that but then guess I am just imagining how your voice would be with an absolutely clear recording!?

Kudos on the emotions and singing part...

:)

Heard your songs on your multiply.com page.
You have a very good voice, very much enjoyed the song Chand Sifarish.

Nice to know that you are from Toronto too.
